PTFE Turning Plate
PTFE turning plate commonly known as "plastic king", "Teflon". PTFE plate has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication non-stick, electrical insulation and good anti-aging resistance. Can work for a long time at a temperature of 250 ℃ to -180 ℃, all kinds of PTFE products have played a pivotal role in the national economy such as chemical industry, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, military industry, aerospace, environmental protection and bridges.
PTFE Turning Plate
PTFE plate, turning belt by polytetrafluoroethylene molding blank turning system, it has excellent dielectric properties, not aging, the best corrosion performance and a wide range of strength.
The operating temperature range is very wide (from -180 degrees to 250 degrees Celsius).
It is resistant to essentially all chemicals except some fluorides and alkaline liquid metals.
Excellent mechanical properties include aging resistance especially for bending and swinging applications.
Outstanding flame retardancy (meets ASTM-D635 and D470 test procedures and is regulated as a flame retardant material in air.
Excellent insulation characteristics (regardless of frequency and temperature)
The water absorption rate is extremely low, and has a series of unique properties such as self-lubricating and non-sticky.
Disadvantages: high expansion rate, low mechanical strength, not resistant to wear and latent change but adding bronze powder can increase the very high wear resistance.

Product use: can be processed to make corrosion-resistant pads, seals, lining partitions, scrapers, guide rails, and electrical insulation parts used at various frequencies, bridge support sliders.
