Teflon rods
Teflon bar characteristics: the use of a wide range of temperature (Celsius from -180 degrees to 250 degrees). It is resistant to essentially all chemicals except some fluorides and alkaline liquid metals. Excellent mechanical properties include aging resistance especially for bending and swinging applications. Outstanding flame retardancy (meets ASTM-D635 and D470 test procedures and is regulated as a flame retardant material in air. Excellent insulation characteristics (regardless of its frequency and temperature) water absorption is extremely low, and has a series of unique properties such as self-lubricating and non-stick.
Teflon rods
1, non-sticky: almost all substances are not bonded with PTFE coating. Very thin films also show very good non-stick properties.
2. Heat resistance: PTFE coating has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. Short time can be high temperature to 300 ℃, generally between 240 ℃ ~ 260 ℃ can be used continuously, with significant thermal stability, it can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement, do not melt at high temperature.
3, sliding: PTFE coating has a low coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15.
4. Moisture resistance: PTFE coating surface is not stained with water and oil, and it is not easy to be stained with solution during production operation. If there is a small amount of dirt, it can be removed by simple wiping. Short downtime saves man-hours and improves productivity.
5. Wear resistance: Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion.
